The Department of Business Administration deals with topical and relevant aspects of businesses – covering sustainable business development, knowledge and innovation management, risk management, strategic management, marketing, operations management, supply chain management, accounting, human resources management.
Department of Information Systems School of Engineering University of Minho
Founded in 1973, UMinho is one of the most important and prestigious HEIs in Portugal, covering a student population of around 20 000, 40% of which are master or PhD students. The University has 1200 teaching and research staff and around 800 technical and administrative staff. UMinho offers 57 first cycle and integrated Master’s degrees, almost 100 Master and over 60 PhD programs, some of them involving prestigious institutions such as MIT and CMU, USA. Among the 500 best universities worldwide (Shanghai Ranking 2019), UMinho was also considered by Times Higher Education as the best Portuguese university and the 83th across the world for its social and economic impact on the UN’s SDGs.
RheinMain University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden Rüsselsheim Department: Wiesbaden Business School
RheinMain University of Applied Sciences offers the optimum environment for studying at its four campus locations in Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim. More about 13,900 students are enrolled in over 70 degree programs at five faculties: Architecture and Civil Engineering, Design – Computer Science – Media, Applied Social Sciences, Wiesbaden Business School and Engineering.
COTEC Portugal
COTEC Portugal - Associação Empresarial para a Inovação / Business Association for Innovation is a not-for-profit legal person, founded in April 2003 with the status of “Public Utility”. Numbering 343 associates, COTEC is the main business association for promoting innovation and business technological cooperation. COTEC's universe of associates is composed of multinationals, national corporations and SMEs, across the board, representing in aggregate terms more than 16% of the GDP (gross value added) and 8% of private employment.
Institute of Entrepreneurship Development
The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is a Greek NGO committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancing of the spirit of entrepreneurship. By recognizing entrepreneurship as a crucial factor for the development and cohesion of societies, the institute promotes employment and provides innovative solutions that facilitates the growth of healthy entrepreneurship.
Karl-Franzens Universität Graz
Founded in 1585, the University of Graz (Uni Graz) is the second oldest university in Austria. With about 31.000 students and 4.300 employees, it is one of the largest institutions of higher education in Austria. It is a comprehensive university offering about 120 study courses at 76 institutes, which are organized in six faculties. The university has a strong international profile and is involved in numerous global networks (e.g. Coimbra Group and Utrecht Network).
Università degli Studi della Tuscia
The University of Tuscia is a public medium-sized italian university located in the norther part of the Lazio Region (center of Italiy). The University offers circa 40 different courses divided among bachelor, master and PhD. The academic staff of the University is organised in six departments covering the disciplinary areas of: economics, finance, management, statistics and matematics, engineering, physics, forestry, natural resources, agricultural economy, biology, chemistry, cultural heritage, political sciences, arts and humanities and law.
